17 and a half years - Conspiracy
I was arrested in 1994 for a conspiracy of 80 kilos of cocaine. I was never caught with any drugs, and was convicted solely on the testimony of an informant. I am a first-time offender with no violence, no guns, and no resistance of any sort on record. I have a clean conduct record, and have take all the educational programs available in prison. I am serving 17 1/2 years without parole.
